BBQ & Grilling |
The Section intends to build a comprehensive knowledge of the barbecue culture, by providing the tools to understand and master the wood and gas-fired cooking techniques, covering both the classic “grilling”, i.e. direct cooking, and the “smoking”, i.e. low & slow cooking. The Section will allow members to gather together, in the evenings and in the weekends, to learn by directly practicing on their own devices. As the concept of BBQ is by nature family-friendly, we expect the Section to be highly inclusive and to foster integration both of staff members and the respective families. Upon interest, the Section will also allow members to create a competition team that will attend Europe- and worldwide contests. |
